Our Ambassadors

We are also grateful to a number of personalities from across snowsports community who continue to give their support to Snow-Camp.

Jack Gower, British Junior Alpine Ski Team member and Junior One World Champion in Giant Slalom (Snow-Camp Youth Ambassador) - “Snow-Camp is a unique charity that helps young people, through skiing, to get outside their comfort zone and experience new things, building confidence and broadening their outlook on life – an approach close to my heart. Working with Snow-Camp will give me an opportunity to relay some of my experiences to others; it feels especially relevant because of the involvement we all have in the same amazing sport”.

Jasmin Taylor, World Cup Telemark Ski Racer and Personal Trainer – “I’m so proud to be a-apart of Snow-Camp, I come from a working class family and personally feel so lucky to be able to ski and do what I love – so to see kids from less privileged backgrounds do the same would be amazing. I have been so lucky with all the help and support I’ve had, so it feels great to be able to give something back.”

Jamie Barrow – Britain’s fastest snowboarder – “I chose to support Snow-Camp as snowboarding changed my life and the London Programme uses skiing and snowboarding to help change the lives of others Snowsports is a continuously growing industry and bringing it to young people allows them to develop new skill which they can use in later life. Being only 21 myself and the achievements I have made, I will hopefully be able to inspire the kids to push themselves in the sport and in their career.”

FlorenceBellSlalomFlorence Bell – Snow-Camp Midlands Ambassador, Sochi 2014 Winter Olympian and World Cup Alpine Ski Racer – “Ski racing has given me experiences I would never have dreamed of and has taken me all over the World. The undoubted highlight of it all being competing at the Winter Olympics in Sochi in 2014. I am very proud to be an Ambassador for Snow-Camp Midlands and hope to pass on some of my experiences to others so that they, too, can benefit from all that skiing has to offer.

Martin Bell, British Olympic Skier - “A fantastic and beneficial project that just keeps getting better.”

Grace Ragosta, Under 14 British Skiing Champion (Snow-Camp Youth Ambassador)  – “Had I not been lucky enough to have been born on the side of a mountain I know I would not have ever had the opportunity to do what I do. Therefore I am passionate to assist  Snow-Camp in any way I can to  help other young people to enjoy the snow and achieve their goals.”
