Fitness, Strength & Conditioning Training

In readiness for my next on-snow training in a couple of weeks' time, in Pitztal, I am busy keeping on top of my fitness as well as strength and conditioning work.

Greg has been keeping me motivated in the gym 3 times a week.  We have been using weights to strengthen my legs and upper body.  I can certainly feel it in my legs the day after but less each time so it must be working.


I have been running in Sutton Park, doing yoga sessions and spinning at Wyndley.

I should be more than ready to hit the snow when I arrive in Pitztal.
